What is optiASSESS
The optiASSESS program has been developed to proactively gather insights which will enable clients to create a high-performance workforce and uncover any potential issues.
This program will give clients a better understanding of team members morale, satisfaction, commitment, and sense of passion for their work and the organisation.
The key milestones of optiASSESS are Month 1, Quarter 1, Month 6, Year 1, Bi-Annual and Annual after that.

If you receive an optiASSESS email from us, please make sure to fill out the assessment form and submit as soon as possible. This is to avoid any delays on your evaluation which your client is looking forward to receiving.
