The role of the optiBPO Account Manager is to:
- Provide direct support for all issues
- Facilitate local requirements to ensure you can be successful in delivering your job
- Manage questions relating to human resources, technology support, procurement, facilities, and other aspects of daily operations
- Help manage concerns when, and if, they arise
