New Hire Uniforms

  • New hires: shirts received within 3-4 weeks of your start date

To request for your new hire uniforms, file a [PB600] Uniform Request ticket or alternatively you may contact the optiBPO Head of Operations.

Anniversary Uniforms

Co-branded shirts/uniforms will be distributed as follows:

  • Anniversary: shirts received within 2 weeks of celebrating your anniversary

Few reminders:

  • If you receive a non dual branded uniform, please return it to concierge as you will be issued with the dual branded ones. 
  • Please ensure that you are wearing your uniforms from Mondays to Thursdays. You are allowed to wear casual business attire only on Fridays.

To request for your anniversary uniforms, file a [PB2007] HR AskUs ticket.

Employee ID

If you don’t have an ID yet, please check the guidelines below:

  • Take a photo yourself online: You may take your ID photo by following these steps – ID Photoshoot Guidelines.
  • Have your photo taken in the office: If you prefer to have your photos taken in the office POCs on site are available to assist you. Please see details in this document: ID Photoshoot Reminder.

It takes 2-3 weeks from the time you have submitted your photos for your ID to be available. You will receive a notification from HR Onboarding Team once your ID is available. If you have not received your ID within 3-4 weeks, please file [PB2700.16] NHI Items Follow Up form.

Concierge team

The Concierge Team can assist with:

  • CS-ID requests
  • EID photos
  • Distribution of welcome kits
  • New and anniversary uniforms

What is a New Hire Welcome Kit?

Each new hire is entitled to receive a welcome kit. Each kit will have the following:

  • ID case
  • ID lace / lanyard
  • optiBPO Mug

If you have not received your kit, please file [PB2700.16] NHI Items Follow Up form.
