As an update regarding the temporary closure of our CRK08 office, the office was given government approval to reopen yesterday at 1pm local time. The office underwent deep cleaning procedures under the watch of the Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (ACDRRMO).
It is important to note that the re-opening was approved as a result of the ongoing safety procedures that have been put in place, and that includes pre-emptive deep cleaning and quarantine, contact tracing and the immediate closure of the office when necessary. Just as important to note is that the person did not get COVID from being in the office.
The authorities together with the internal medical team have found the site to be ready for a return to work, with the following measures being taken to ensure the ongoing staff safety:
- Close contacts of the affected staff members to remain in quarantine
- Daily staff health declarations
- Mandatory wearing of masks (provided to staff)
- Temperature checks upon office entry
- Free staff access to doctors and nurses
- Hand sanitizer stations
- Continuous in-house deep cleaning
- Socially distanced workstations
We know this is a difficult time for everyone, clients included, but all steps are being taken to ensure a safe workplace for team members. For those in the office, this week we will be having a surprise giveaway. More information on that to come on Friday.
