optiBPO is closely monitoring announcements from the government and local authorities to understand the latest quarantine restrictions and their impact on business operations. The latest quarantine levels for our office locations are:
- Manila | EASING – restrictions to ease to GCQ until 31 August
- Clark | STEADY – to remain under MGCQ, the most relaxed type of community quarantine
- Cebu | STEADY – to remain under GCQ
As you are all aware there have been localised cases at iQor and Top Data in Clark. In each case, the facility has been shut down for deep cleaning and contact tracing. Unfortunately, these shut downs are resulting in many unfounded rumours circulating and some unnecessary levels of nervousness. We continue to ensure the safety of all team members and ask concerns or issues are discussed with your BPO Account Manager who can work through your specific circumstances with you.
