This is a reminder that daylight savings will end in Australia and New Zealand on 4 April, Sunday.
By default, team members will revert back to the pre-daylight saving schedules to align with your client’s schedule (for example a 7am PH start time will now mean a 9am AEST start time). If your client needs you to work an alternative schedule, please let your optiBPO Account Manager know and we can help to adjust accordingly.
