We ask that you speak with your client to understand their Christmas shutdown dates immediately (if you have not already done so). Please ensure that your holiday leaves have been approved by your client and entered into Staff Central by 29 November 2021. This includes all Christmas shutdown leave up until 31 December 2021.

Please note the following key dates:
- 29 November – Final day for you to file your 2021 leave. Team members that take unplanned leave after this date will take ‘unpaid leave’.
- 29 November – For team members who have Service Incentive Leave (SIL) credits, this is the last day for you to nominate the roll over of 5 SIL to 2022. Please note the rollover of SIL must be approved by your client.
It is important to note that on 1 January 2022, all 2022 Holiday Leave credits will be awarded. These credits can be used to support the New Year shutdown period. The 2022 Leave Schedule will be available on Staff Central from mid-December for you to plot 2022 leaves.
