As you should all be aware, Metro Manila and Pampanga (Clark) are now under Alert Level 1—the most relaxed COVID19 alert level—and the government has recently mandated that 100% of the workforce must return to the office by 1 April 2022.
As this is a government directive, it is expected that all team members commence thinking about their return to office plan. Please do not reach out to your client to request or make alternative arrangements as WFH extensions will not be approved. If you have concerns or issues, please discuss them with your assigned optiBPO Account Manager.
Also, a reminder that it is the responsibility of each team member to return all computers and hardware to the office. Tech support crews are on hand in all buildings to assist.
We are all pleased to welcome everyone back to the office, and the improving situation should be seen as a positive by all. Temperature checking, face masks, sanitisers, on-site medical teams, and other measures are all operating. Team members are reminded that they must be fully vaccinated to be allowed to enter the building.
