As you are aware, optiBPO and Cloudstaff have a very close working relationship.The two companies have made the decision to strengthen that partnership with Cloudstaff fully acquiring optiBPO effective 1 February 2023.
Importantly, this has no impact on your existing role. You will still remain employed by Cloudstaff, be part of the optiBPO team, and report to your client as you do now.
Likewise, all optiBPO management and operational staff will continue in their existing roles with no changes. All perks offered by both Cloudstaff and optiBPO will also continue, unchanged.
This agreement will, however, help to provide a closer working relationship between Cloudstaff and optiBPO, and help streamline existing processes.
