As you are all aware there are ongoing changes to COVID-19 restrictions, including evening curfews and travel. At this point in time, there are no further restrictions around our operations and office locations. The national government considers BPO workers to be ‘economic frontliners’ and therefore are supportive of staff to continue to access offices for work purposes.
Safe Office Action Plan (SOAP)
As we continue to navigate the ongoing pandemic, we remain committed to keeping our offices safe by following our extensive COVID safety procedures. The office continues to be a low risk environment compared to other locations that many of you would visit in your normal lives. We have a Safe Office Action Plan in place and further details can be found here Team Portal – Safe Action Office Plan (SOAP).
Work from office
optiBPO is not a work-from-home provider, and while we will continue to be flexible through this period, working from home is only on an exception basis. Many of you have been making demands of our Account Management team for work-from-home based on discussions with your client. Critically, work-from-home approval is granted by optiBPO in consultation with your client, not by you in discussion with them.
If you have a requirement to work from home, please raise it with us as a discussion topic not as a demand or instruction, and we will be the final approvers of any movements. In all instances, we are here to support our clients, and if they are comfortable we will approve the movements, however, we expect that these protocols will be followed.
If you have any concerns, or wish to raise any questions about the office, or support we can provide to you, please contact your assigned optiBPO Account Manager.
