One of the best ways for optiBPO to find and hire the best talent is by our current workforce referring potential candidates. We recognise that our current employees are in a great position to help us find those individuals best suited to work at optiBPO. To thank you for sending us referrals, optiBPO offers a bonus of PHP5,000 for each successful referral. To refer a friend, you may send their updated CV to info@optibpo.com.

- Accounts Receivable

- Digital Marketing
- Customer Service
- Lead Generation
REFER-A-PAL rules:
- The referral must name the specific role they are putting the person forward for. We welcome general resumes as well, but the intent of the program is to find candidates for current positions.
- In line with this program being focused on specific roles, if a referral is not placed within a role within the next 60 days they will no longer be considered a referral (we do still hope they do get a role in the future!)
- If more than one employee refers the same candidate, the first recorded referrer will receive the bonus.
- optiBPO team members will be paid a referral bonus once the candidate has started their new role
- The team member who makes the referral must still be employed to receive the bonus.
- If there are any issues, the decision of the optiBPO Directors will be final.
